Just follow these 4 steps.
- Cut the fruit in half with a knife. Be careful when handling sharp tools!
- Then, remove all the pulp from the 2 halves with a spoon.
- To continue, gather the pulp and the cup of water in the blender jar and process it all for about 10 seconds or until smooth. Optional: If necessary, add a little more water or strain the result to obtain a more liquid drink. Anyway, remember that the seeds are a good source of nutrients.
