Ingredients

CELERY, PAPAYA AND KIWI
  • 1 cup of peeled papaya without seeds.
  • 1 kiwi with peel (optional).
  • A stick of celery.
  • 1 cup (250 ml) of water.

Note : The kiwi peel includes an extra dose of fiber.

Recipe: Papaya, kiwi, celery juice

  1. Before starting, wash your hands and rinse the ingredients until they’re clean.
  2. Then, cut the papaya in half, remove its seeds, cut the portion equal to the capacity of a cup and carefully remove its peel with the help of a knife.
  3. When the above is ready, put the ingredients in the blender and process them until the drink is ready. If you use a juicer, you won’t need to include the cup of water.
  4. Finally, serve and enjoy this wonderful drink.
