Ginger, Spinach, Celery and Banana Juice

Ginger, spinach, celery and banana juice has about 600 mg of potassium, among other substances that may help against hypertension.

  • Blender or juicer.

The ingredients are as follows:

  • A 1 cm piece of ginger.
  • A handful of spinach.
  • 1 celery stick.
  • 1 banana.
  • If using a blender, 1 cup of water.

Recipe: Ginger, spinach, celery and banana juice

We only have to follow 5 steps.

  1. Remove spinach stems and rinse.
  2. Remove celery leaves, chop and rinse.
  3. Cut and peel the ginger.
  4. Peel and cut the banana.
  5. Process all the ingredients with a blender or juicer. If you use a juice extractor, you don’t need to include the cup of water.

Finally, pour the drink into the cup and enjoy!
