Ingredients

CELERY, PEAR, GINGER AND CHIA OR FLAX SEEDS
  • 1 tablespoon of flax or chia seeds.
  • 1 celery stick.
  • A small piece of ginger.
  • 1 pear.
  • 1 cup (250ml) of water.

Recipe: Celery, pear, ginger and flax / chia seed smoothie

  1. Soak the seeds in a closed container for 8 hours (optional). Although this is optional, it helps to make the smoothie more digestible.
  2. Remove celery leaves and rinse the stick.
  3. Cut and peel the ginger.
  4. Wash, core and cut the pear.
  5. Blend everything with the water for 1 minute or until smooth.
