For this method, follow the steps below:

  1. First, remove the bottoms and leaves from the 5 celery sticks with a knife and rinse each one.
  2. Cut the sticks into pieces that will fit into the blender jar.
  3. Next, blend it all (including the cup of water) until there’re no lumps. You can then filter the result to obtain a more liquid drink (optional), but remember that bagasse has fiber and more nutrients.
  4. Finally, serve and enjoy!
