- A blender.
- A knife.
- Cup or glass.
- Vegetable peeler (optional).
- Citrus squeezer (optional).
Ingredients

All you’ll need is the following:
- A handful of spinach.
- 1 beet.
- 1 orange.
- A small piece of ginger.
- A handful of berries (such as raspberries, blueberries, currants, pitted cherries, arbutus berries, strawberries, or blackberries).
- 1 cup (250ml) of water.

- Rinse the spinach.
- Peel, chop, and rinse the beet.
- Cut and juice the orange.
- Peel the ginger.
- Blend everything with the berries and water.
Finally, just serve and enjoy this wonderful smoothie!
