Ingredients
These’re the ingredients:
- 1 cup of berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, blackberries or raspberries). You can vary them each time you make this preparation.
- 1 kale leaf.
- One cup (250ml) of water.
Recipe: Berry and kale juice
- Remove the stem from the kale and rinse. If necessary, rinse the berries as well.
- Blend everything with the water for 1 minute or until a liquid without lumps is formed. If you use a juicer, you can add a little water to taste, although it is probably not necessary.
