Banana, apple and spinach juice is easy to make, high in fiber and very nutritious. Because of this, it may be a good ally to reduce cholesterol. And best of all, it’s delicious.
Do you want to prepare it? If so, read on. The recipe won’t take you more than 10 minutes.
- Blender or juicer.
- A glass.
We’ll use the following:
- 1 banana.
- A handful of spinach.
- 1 apple.
- If you use a blender, 250ml (or one cup) of water.
Recipe: Banana, Apple and Spinach Juice
- Remove the stems from the spinach and rinse.
- Peel and cut the banana.
- Rinse, core and cut the apple.
- Blend everything with the water for 1 minute. If you use a juicer, you won’t need to add water.
That’s it! Your drink is ready to serve and enjoy.
