- Blender or juice extractor.
- A knife.
- Citrus squeezer (optional).

Ingredients
You need 3 ingredients:
- 1 banana.
- One orange.
- 1 cup (250 ml) of water.
Recipe: Banana and orange juice
- To begin, remove the peel and seeds from the orange with a knife (try not to leave any visible white parts). You can avoid this by cutting it in the middle and extracting the liquid with a citrus squeezer or with your hands, always taking care that there are no seeds left in the juice. Anyway, remember that the pulp has fiber.
- Peel and cut the banana.
- When the above is ready, process all the ingredients with a blender or extractor. In case of using the latter, it is not necessary to add water.
