- 1 apple.
- 1 lemon.
- A small piece (1 cm) of ginger.

The procedure is very easy.
- Cut and peel a small piece of ginger.
- Cut and squeeze the lemon by hand or with a squeezer, ensuring that there are no seeds left in the liquid.
- Wash, core and cut the apple.
- Put everything in the blender (including the water) and process until smooth.
