APPLE, CUCUMBER, CELERY, GINGER AND PARSLEY JUICE

Apple, cucumber, celery, ginger and parsley juice may be a good ally to help cleanse the digestive system.

Here’s the recipe explained in a few steps.

Tools

  • Blender or juicer / juice extractor.
  • A knife.
  • A cup.

Ingredients

APPLE, CELERY, CUCUMBER, GINGER AND PARSLEY

We’ll use the following:

  • 1 apple.
  • 1/2 cucumber.
  • 1 stick of celery.
  • A little piece of ginger.
  • A handful of parsley.
  • 1 cup (250 ml) of drinking water.

Recipe: Apple, cucumber, celery, ginger and parsley juice

The preparation is very easy.

  1. Cut and rinse the cucumber.
  2. Remove the leaves from the celery and rinse the rest.
  3. Remove the stems from the parsley and rinse the leaves.
  4. Cut and peel the ginger.
  5. Rinse, core and chop the apple.
  6. Blend everything with water for 1 minute or process with a juicer and without water.
