Apple, cucumber, celery, ginger and parsley juice may be a good ally to help cleanse the digestive system.
Here’s the recipe explained in a few steps.
Tools
- Blender or juicer / juice extractor.
- A knife.
- A cup.
Ingredients
We’ll use the following:
- 1 apple.
- 1/2 cucumber.
- 1 stick of celery.
- A little piece of ginger.
- A handful of parsley.
- 1 cup (250 ml) of drinking water.
Recipe: Apple, cucumber, celery, ginger and parsley juice
The preparation is very easy.
- Cut and rinse the cucumber.
- Remove the leaves from the celery and rinse the rest.
- Remove the stems from the parsley and rinse the leaves.
- Cut and peel the ginger.
- Rinse, core and chop the apple.
- Blend everything with water for 1 minute or process with a juicer and without water.
