Ingredients

STRAWBERRIES, BROCCOLI AND ALMONDS
  • A handful of strawberries.
  • A handful of broccoli.
  • 1 cup of water.
  • A handful of almonds. Optional: You can soak them for about 8 hours to make them more digestible.

Recipe: Strawberry, broccoli and almond smoothie

  1. Remove the leaves from the strawberries and rinse them.
  2. Remove the stems from the broccoli and rinse them.
  3. Blend everything with the water and almonds for about 60 seconds.
