First of all, you should have the following nearby:
- A blender.
- Knife (optional).
- A cup or glass.
Ingredients

- A handful of strawberries.
- A handful of broccoli.
- 1 cup of water.
- A handful of almonds. Optional: You can soak them for about 8 hours to make them more digestible.
Recipe: Strawberry, broccoli and almond smoothie
- Remove the leaves from the strawberries and rinse them.
- Remove the stems from the broccoli and rinse them.
- Blend everything with the water and almonds for about 60 seconds.
