  1. Remove broccoli stems and rinse. Remember that a lot of microbes and dirt can hide there.

  3. Cut and squeeze the orange with your hands or with a citrus squeezer, always making sure that there are no seeds left in the juice.
  4. Blend everything with the turmeric and water for 1 minute or until it reaches the right consistency. Remember that you can add a little more water to taste.
