Tomato, garlic and lemon juice is intense in flavor, but loaded with antioxidants and anti-inflammatories. And best of all, it’s very easy to make.

Tools
- Blender or juicer.
- A knife.
- A cup.
- Citrus squeezer (optional).
Ingredients
We’re going to use the following:
- 1 tomato.
- 1 garlic clove.
- A cup or 250 ml of water.
- 1 lemon.
Recipe: Tomato, garlic and lemon juice
As we said before, the preparation is very simple.
- Rinse and cut the tomato.
- Peel the garlic.
- Cut the lemon in half and squeeze it with your hands or with a citrus squeezer, always taking care that there are no seeds left in the liquid.
- Blend everything with the water for 1 minute. If you use a juicer, process the solids in it and then mix the result with the liquids.
