Ingredients

- A handful of prunes.
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds (or flax seeds).
- 1 cup of water.
Note: You can add a little more water for a thinner consistency.

- Optional: you can soak the seeds and prunes for 6 to 8 hours for easier digestion.
