- A blender or juicer.
- A glass.
- Knife.
Ingredients
All we need is the following:
- 4 pineapple slices.
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
- The juice of 1 lemon.
- 1 cup (250 ml) of water.
Recipe: Pineapple, cinnamon and lemon juice
- First, as always, we must make sure that we’ve a clean environment. This includes hands, knife, appliances and ingredients.
- Next, cut the pineapple slices into cubes and carefully remove the skin. In addition, cut the lemon in half and squeeze its juice into a glass.
- Finally, we put all the ingredients in the blender and process them until we obtain the right consistency. In case you use a juicer (or juice extractor), you can add the cinnamon directly to the glass and you may not need water.
- Finally, serve and enjoy the drink.
