- ½ liter of water.
- ½ peeled and seedless papaya.
- 1 apple without its core.
- 1 peeled and seedless grapefruit.
- 2 sticks of celery.
- 2 slices of peeled pineapple.
- One lemon’s juice.

The recipe is very simple.
- We start by cleaning the ingredients and utensils.
- Then, we cut the papaya and grapefruit to remove their peel and seeds. Also, we cut the apple to remove its core, cut the pineapple and squeeze the lemon.
- Finally, we blend everything until there’re no large solid remains.
And that’s it! Enjoy this delicious drink.
Information to consider: In case you use a juicer, you won’t need to add water.
