APPLE, PAPAYA AND CHIA OR FLAX SEEDS

You need 4 ingredients.

  • 1/2 cup papaya.
  • 1 apple.
  • 1 tablespoon chia or flax seeds.
  • 1 cup water.

Optional: You can soak the seeds for about 8 hours before blending for a more digestible result.
