- Blender or juice extractor / juicer.
- Knife.
- Glass.
Ingredients
All we need is the following:
- 1 cup of water.
- 1 orange.
- A handful of broccoli.
- A handful of spinach.
- 1 carrot.
Recipe: Orange, broccoli, spinach and carrot juice
- Remove the stems from the broccoli and rinse the rest. Remember that green leafy foods usually include a lot of bacteria.
- Peel, cut and rinse the carrot.
- Remove the spinach stems and rinse the leaves.
- Peel the orange, cut it and remove its seeds and white parts. These seeds can be toxic. Especially if they are consumed in quantity.
- Blend everything with the water for 1 minute or until there are no large solid remains. If you use a juicer, it is not necessary to add water.
Finally, serve the juice.
