Kale, celery, pineapple and ginger juice is a light, healthy combination of water, fiber and vitamin C, among other substances. It’ll help you incorporate nutrients and fight hunger from the beginning of the day.

Equipment
All we’ll need is the following:
- A knife.
- A blender, processor or juicer / juice extractor.
- A glass.
Ingredients
- 2 celery sticks.
- A handful of kale.
- 2 slices of pineapple without peel.
- 1 piece of peeled ginger. It can be the size of a phalanx or the tip of a finger.
- ½ liter of water.
Recipe: Kale, celery, pineapple and ginger juice
- First, we’re going to wash our hands, utensils, blender / juicer and food thoroughly. Note: At this point, it’s key that you rinse the celery and kale thoroughly. You’ll be amazed at how much dirt they can get.
- Then, we cut and peel the pineapple and ginger.
- Afterwards, we blend everything, including the water, until there’re no lumps. If you use a juicer, you won’t need to add water.
- That ‘s it! Your drink is ready to serve.
