Cucumber, kiwi, celery and lemon juice is especially light. Potentially useful to drink something delicious without exceeding the caloric intake allowed by your diet.
The ingredients can be found in many countries. And best of all, the recipe is very easy to make.
Equipment
- A knife.
- A blender, processor or juicer / juice extractor.
- A glass / cup.
Ingredients
- 1 celery stick.
- 1 kiwi.
- 1/2 cucumber.
- 1 lemon.
- If using a blender, 1 cup (250ml) of water.
Recipe: Cucumber, kiwi, celery and lemon juice
- Remove celery leaves and rinse.
- Peel, chop and rinse the kiwi.
- Cut and rinse the 1/2 cucumber.
- Cut and squeeze the lemon.
- Blend everything with the water for 60 seconds. If using an extractor, add the water and mix at the end.
Finally, just serve the drink and enjoy!
Did you know that kiwi skin can be eaten? It’s a good source of fiber and other nutrients. However, if you don’t like its texture, you can remove it.
To keep in mind: If you use a juicer, you can use the remaining pulp to accompany your favorite salad.
