Ingredients
The ingredients that we’ll use are:
- 1 chard leaf.
- 1 small carrot.
- One teaspoon of cinnamon.
- 1 cup (250ml) of water.
Recipe: Chard, carrot and cinnamon smoothie
- Remove chard stem and rinse the leaf.
- Peel, chop and rinse the carrot – remember to be careful when handling sharp tools!
- Blend everything with the cinnamon and the water for 1 minute.
