Carrot and Orange Juice for Children


Here’s how to make a carrot and orange juice specially designed for children in a few steps.

  • Vegetable peeler (optional).
  • A cup or glass.



We’ll use the following:

  • 1 peeled carrot (60 g).
  • ½ peeled orange without seeds (75 g).
  • ¼ glass (60 ml) of water.

Once we’ve everything, we can start.

  1. Peel the carrot with a knife or vegetable peeler. On the other hand, peel the orange, cut it in half and carefully remove its seeds. Be careful when handling sharp tools!
  2. Then, blend all the ingredients for about 30 seconds or until no solids remain. If you want the juice to be more liquid, you can add more water and blend again.
  3. Finally, pour the drink into the cup.
