Recipe: Carrot and orange juice for children
Once we’ve everything, we can start.
- Peel the carrot with a knife or vegetable peeler. On the other hand, peel the orange, cut it in half and carefully remove its seeds. Be careful when handling sharp tools!
- Then, blend all the ingredients for about 30 seconds or until no solids remain. If you want the juice to be more liquid, you can add more water and blend again.
- Finally, pour the drink into the cup.
