These’re the ingredients to be used:
- A cup of chopped broccoli.
- A handful of shelled roasted peanuts.
- 1 peeled banana.
- One cup (250 ml) of water.
Recipe: Broccoli, peanut and banana Smoothie
The process consists of only 3 steps.
- First, cut and rinse the broccoli to remove microbes and possible traces of dirt. On the other hand, peel the banana with your hands or a knife.
- When the above is ready, blend all the ingredients for about 30 seconds or until smooth. Keep in mind: if necessary, add a little more water and blend again for a more liquid result.
- Finally, serve the drink in a large glass or cup.
