Blackberry and lettuce juice is light, high in antioxidants and easy to process for the pancreas and the body.

Ingredients

BLACKBERRIES AND LETTUCE

The 3 ingredients we’ll use are:

  • A large handful of lettuce.
  • A handful of blackberries.
  • 1 cup (250ml) of water.

Recipe: Blackberry and lettuce juice

To prepare, simply do the following:

  1. Rinse and chop the lettuce.
  2. Blend the lettuce, blackberries, and water for 1 minute.
