Next, the quantities of each food that we’ll use.

  • 1 peeled banana.
  • 1 tangerine peeled and without seeds.
  • The juice of 1 lemon.
  • 1 peeled beet.
  • 1 peeled carrot.
  • A peeled orange without seeds.
  • A cup (or 250 ml) of water.

  1. First, peel the beet and carrot with a knife or a vegetable peeler.
  2. Then, peel the orange, tangerine and lemon and extract their seeds carefully with the help of a knife. Optional: you can use a citrus squeezer to process these 3 fruits, making sure that no seeds are left in the liquid.
  3. Finally, gather all the ingredients in the blender or juicer and process them until obtaining the drink. To note: If you use a juice extractor, you probably won’t need to add water.
