Ingredients
- ½ apple without its core.
- One tablespoon of soaked (optional) oats.
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
- 1 cup (250 ml) of water.

The preparation is very simple.
- First, put the oats in a cup full of water, cover them with an object and wait about 8 to 10 hours. Although this is optional, it’ll make the food easier to digest.
- Then, filter and rinse the oats, cut half an apple, remove its center and process all the ingredients in the blender until you get the desired consistency.
