These’re the ingredients and quantities:
- ½ apple or pear without core (100 g).
- ½ glass (125 ml) of milk or water.
Recipe: Apple / Pear smoothie for children
For the recipe, we’ve to do the following:
- First, rinse the apple or pear until it’s clean. We want our smoothie to be as clean as possible.
- Then, cut half an apple or pear and remove its center.
- Next, put all the ingredients in the blender and process them until the smoothie’s ready. If you want the drink to be more liquid, you can add some water and blend again.
- Finally, serve the smoothie in the cup and enjoy!
