Ingredients

We need the following:
- 1/2 cup papaya.
- A handful of grapes.
- 2 plums.
- 1 cup (250ml) water.
Recipe: Papaya, grape and plum Juice
- Peel the papaya and remove the seeds.
- Remove the stems from a handful of grapes and rinse.
- Rinse and pit the plums.
- Blend everything with the water for about 60 seconds, or process in a juicer without water.
Finally, serve and enjoy this wonderful drink.
