Turmeric, orange, lemon, carrot and apple juice may help prevent or improve circulation problems. Plus, it’s delicious.

Tools
- Blender or juicer.
- A knife.
- A cup.
- Spoon.
- A vegetable peeler (optional).
- Citrus squeezer (optional).
Ingredients
- 1 small carrot.
- 1 lemon.
- If you use a blender, one cup (250ml) of water.
- 1 small orange. Preferably seedless.
- 1 small apple.
- A teaspoon of turmeric.
Recipe: Turmeric, orange, lemon, carrot and apple juice
- Peel, cut and rinse the carrot.
- Cut and squeeze the lemon.
- Peel and cut the orange, taking care not to leave large white parts. If there are seeds, remove them.
- Rinse and core the apple.
- Blend everything with the turmeric and the water for about 90 seconds. In case you use a juicer, the cup of water is not necessary and you can add a pinch of turmeric at the end.
