Strawberry, Almond and Coconut Smoothie


Strawberry, almond and coconut smoothie is loaded with antioxidants and key nutrients to promote brain health.

  • 1 cup of strawberries without leaves.
  • 4 shelled and soaked (optional) almonds.
  • A cup (250 ml) of coconut water.

Recipe: Strawberry, almond and coconut smoothie

We only have to follow 4 steps.

  1. To begin, put the almonds in a cup full of water and wait about 8 hours. This makes the drink easier to digest.
  2. Then, rinse the strawberries and remove the leaves with your hands or a knife.
  3. Then, blend the coconut water, the soaked almonds and the strawberries until smooth.
  4. Finally, serve the smoothie and enjoy!
