Ingredients
- 1 cup of strawberries without leaves.
- 4 shelled and soaked (optional) almonds.
- A cup (250 ml) of coconut water.
Recipe: Strawberry, almond and coconut smoothie
We only have to follow 4 steps.
- To begin, put the almonds in a cup full of water and wait about 8 hours. This makes the drink easier to digest.
- Then, rinse the strawberries and remove the leaves with your hands or a knife.
- Then, blend the coconut water, the soaked almonds and the strawberries until smooth.
- Finally, serve the smoothie and enjoy!
