Pineapple and ginger juice is especially loaded with fiber, potassium and antioxidants that may help prevent circulatory problems. Also, it’s very easy to make.

- Blender or juicer.
- A knife.
- A cup.
Ingredients
We’ll use the following:
- 1 slice of pineapple.
- A little piece of ginger.
- 1 cup of water.
Recipe: Pineapple and Ginger juice
As we said before, the recipe is very simple.
- Cut, peel and rinse the pineapple.
- Cut and peel the ginger.
- Blend with water for 1 minute or until it reaches the desired consistency. If using a juice extractor, it is not necessary to add water.
Finally, we can serve and enjoy this wonderful drink.
