- A blender.
- A knife (optional).
- Your favorite cup.
Ingredients
We’ll need the following:
- 1 peeled (optional) kiwi.
- A handful of spinach.
- 1 glass of soy milk.

As we said before, this recipe is very simple to make.
- First, it’s essential that we wash / rinse the kiwi and the spinach leaves. These latter may contain large amounts of microbes and dirt.
- Then, peel the kiwi (optional), put everything in the blender and process it for about 30 seconds or until there’re no large solid remains.
- Finally, serve and enjoy this delicious smoothie.
To note: Did you know that kiwi can be eaten with its peel? This part of the fruit is high in fiber, among other nutrients.
