- Blender or juice extractor / juicer.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cucumber.
- 1/2 apple without its center.
- 2 celery sticks.
- 2 slices of peeled pineapple.
- 1 cm piece of peeled ginger.
- 1 squeezed lemon.
- 1/2 liter of water.

- First we’ll rinse the ingredients. This is important to eliminate bacteria.
- If you’re using a juicer, process everything without seeds / skin and move on to the next step. If you use a blender, cut the apple to remove its core, peel the pineapple and the ginger. Then, squeeze the lemon and blend everything until you get a drink without large solid remains.
