We need a few ingredients:
- 1 chard leaf without the stem.
- 1 peeled banana.
- A cup of coconut water.
Recipe: Chard, banana and coconut water smoothie
- To begin with, it’s key to rinse the banana and, especially, the chard. Remember that green leaves may hide many microbes and dirt.
- Then, remove the chard stem with the help of a knife and peel the banana.
- Finally, blend all 3 ingredients until smooth and serve the drink in your favorite cup. If necessary, add a little water and blend again.
