Ingredients

- 1 cup of blueberries.
- 1 tablespoon of chia or flax seeds.
- 1 cup (250ml) of water.
Recipe: Blueberry and chia / flax seed smoothie
- Rinse the blueberries.
- Blend everything with the water for 1 minute.
Optional: you can soak the seeds for 6 to 8 hours to make them more digestible.
